  • How to determine your size

    Our pieces are crafted using standard Indian sizing, which follows a standardised industry system and allows for greater consistency across production. To help you feel confident in your selection, we recommend the following method to confirm your size before ordering.

    How to check your size at home:

    • Choose a dress that fits you beautifully.

    • Lay the garment flat on a surface.

    • Measure straight across from underarm to underarm in inches. 

    • Ensure the tape is gently pulled across — garments naturally expand when worn.

    • Once measured, double the number to determine your size. (e.g. 19 inches would be 38 inches. Typically 10/12)
       

    What not to use when measuring:

    • Stretch fabrics such as lycra or jersey

    • Dresses with deep or V necklines

    • Open backs, open fronts, or wrap styles

    These styles can shift when laid flat and may result in an inaccurate measurement.

    This guidance is shared to assist you so you may choose the size that feels right for you. As each design, fabric, and personal preference is unique

     

  • Return Policy

      Return are easy at HoMC.

     

    Simply email refundmikacouture@outlook.com within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

     

    Please include your order no. name & the item you wish to return.

     

    Please note you must return the goods to us in their original condition within 3 days of the date on which you informed us that you wished to exchange/cancel we recommend using a signed for tracked service for your return.

     

    Pre-Order & sale items can not be returned nor exchanged.

     Pre-Order items are made especially for you. As such, no refund, return, nor exchange is available.

     

    Pre-Order takes approximately 3-5 weeks to make before it is shipped into the boutique. Your order will be ready for collection and/or delivery thereafter.

  • Care Instructions

      Lots of love, care & attention has gone into making your product. To keep it in pristine condition we advise dry clean only.

     

    Only the very best of materials are used to make your product, we advise steam ironing products to ensure they do not burn.

     

    Please take extra care when ironing items such as Satin as water can stain the product.
